How to request deletion of the personal data carsLOG processes about you, including data from connected Facebook, Instagram and TikTok accounts.
1. How to make a request
Fill in the form below or write to info@carslog.eu. You will receive a request code. Before deleting anything we verify that the request comes from you, and we tell you the outcome within one month.
2. Connected social media accounts
A dealer that connected a Facebook, Instagram or TikTok account disconnects it under Settings, Integrations. This deletes the access credentials for that account. Use the form below to request deletion of the remaining data. You can also remove the app’s access directly in the settings of the network.
3. If you are a car dealer’s customer
We process the data a dealer keeps about you as a processor, on the dealer’s instructions. Please contact that dealer directly. If you cannot identify the dealer, send the request to us and we will pass it on.
4. What cannot be deleted immediately
We must keep accounting documents for the period required by accounting law. Deleted data also disappears from backups over time, within 6 months at the latest.
