Templates are prepared separately for Slovak and Czech law – in Slovak or Czech and in English. Choose the document type and the rest is filled in from the deal.

PDF without retyping
The document is filled in from the vehicle, customer and company records and saved as a PDF. You can create the whole set of documents for a deal at once – any that already exist are skipped.

Tablet signature verified by SMS code
The customer and the salesperson sign directly on the tablet screen. If you want to be sure the right person is signing, carsLOG sends the customer an SMS with a six-digit code.

- each signature is stored with the time, IP address, device and a SHA-256 fingerprint of the document
- after the last signature a signed PDF is created with an audit page
The customer’s copy in one link
Send the signed contract to the customer by email. They get a link that opens without signing in and is valid for 14 days. If you cancel the document, the link stops working.

Frequently asked questions
Is a tablet signature valid?
For sales, purchase and consignment agreements and handover reports, yes: the law does not require a certified signature here, and carsLOG stores the time, device and a verification record with each signature. The exception is the power of attorney for re-registering a vehicle, which the authorities accept only with an officially certified signature, so carsLOG prepares it for printing and certification.
Is the electronic signature included in every plan?
Tablet signing with SMS verification is part of the Pro and Business plans. Templates, filling in documents and PDFs are included in every plan.
Can I use my own contract wording?
Yes. Copy a system template to your own templates, edit the text and set it as the default for that document type and language.
Can contracts be created in English?
Yes. Each of the nine documents exists for Slovakia and the Czech Republic in the local language and in English – 36 system templates in total.
How much does the SMS code cost?
SMS messages are charged per message part. You will find the current price in the price list.
